Practice Areas

Our firm was founded in 1970 and is one of the most diversified and professionally staffed firms in Lea County. Currently consisting of four attorneys, we have a very experienced legal support staff including two certified paralegals and three other full time staff members. We are a business oriented firm and provide comprehensive legal services to many of the major businesses within Lea County and the surrounding areas as well as many of our local small and mid-sized businesses. We also have a regional (Southeastern New Mexico and West Texas) business, estate planning, probate and family law practice.

James M. Maddox represents many of the firm's major business clients and has a significant estate planning practice.

Scotty Holloman has a business and oil and gas practice and handles the firm’s business-oriented litigation practice. He also has a significant estate planning practice, which includes will and trust litigation issues.

Lee A. Kirksey has an active litigation practice and handles selected family law matters.

Kathleen A. Moran works in the firm's business and estate planning practice.

Andrew LeMieux is an associate attorney working in all areas of the firm’s practice.

The firm does not practice in the criminal law area or handle debtor bankruptcy cases.
